Purchase, delivery and returns
Terms of purchase
The full price of the item must be received before items are dispatched. Orders are binding once you have received an e mail from us with details and the payment for goods has cleared. All orders are subject to stock quantities and payment clearance times.

Order and delivery information
We only deliver to EU counties. We do not deliver to P.O box numbers.
The delivery address must be the same as the billing address.
Once we receive your order we will confirm this by e mail. You will then receive an e mail once funds are cleared with details of delivery times.
All our goods to the UK are free post and delivered by Royal Mail. For EU oversea customers please contact us first and we will advise you as there may be additional charges to be paid. Please allow 28 days for delivery as each one is made individually.
You will receive an e mail 2 days before delivery so you can arrange for a responsible adult to accept the delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for any missed deliveries or late deliveries as these are total out of our control.
Returns policy
Please contact first before you send anything back to us.
We are not responsible for the postage costs of sending an item back to us and you must ensure that suitable packaging is used and postage with insurance is bought.
Returns are accepted only if you have contacted us first. As each item is made for you, we will only accept returns for a manufacturing defect that may affect the use and/or wearing of your item. Please note that in this case we will also only accept returns in an unworn
condition along with the original receipt and all boxes and packaging and paper work that was originally sent to you by us.
The item will then be assessed by us and if possible the item will be repaired and returned
to you at the same mailing address as it was originally sent, if the item is unable to be
repaired a full refund will be given to the account from which the payment was taken.
Diamonds
If any diamonds are used in our jewellery we will purchase them from reliable and credited sources from which we have personal knowledge and/ or written guarantees that they are conflict free.
FAQ pendants
How do they work?
Our pendants come in 2 halves, both of which have a screw thread on them. These are placed together and tightened up. If you wish to change one side to a different style then it is as easy as un tightening them and attaching a new side. There are many different styles
and colours of stones to choose from.
What are your pendants made from?
We use solid sterling silver and they are all hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office.
What are the stones?
The stones are Swarovski Zirconia stones. They are specially cut cubic zirconium stones that are cut to the exact true dimensions of diamonds at Swarovski’s factory in Austria, to give superior sparkle and shine. 1.5mm stones in the 15mm pendants and 2.0mm stones in the 20mm pendants.
What sizes do the the pendants come in?
They come in two sizes 15mm and 20mm
Do the pendants come with chains?
No we do not supply the pendants with chains, but we do supply a number of chains in different styles and lengths for you to purchase.
Can they be worn on bracelets?
Yes they can. We do supply a number of bracelets for you to purchase?
Can I buy just a chain or bracelet?
Yes you are able to buy just a chain or bracelet to use along with our products or for any other items of jewellery that you have.
Are they made in the UK?
Yes all our pendants are made in the UK.
What colours of stones can I have?
You can choose from White, Red, Blue, Pink, Green, Black, purple and orange. But from time to time we may have some special one off items to sell.
What styles of finish can I have?
We do two styles of finish; we have our superior polished finish and our satin matte finish.
Can I have both finishes on one pendant?
Yes you can, if you order the pendant you like in matte finish, you will need to contact us and tell us that you require one half to have another finish.
Can I buy just one half?
Yes you can but this is unable to be worn on its own, you would need to have a full pendant in your chosen size first to be able to change the sides over.
Can this be in a different finish to the one I own now?
Yes you can have any of our finishes or stones on your new half.
Can you deliver overseas?
Yes we can to anywhere in the EU only, and by prior agreement as extra postage charges may apply.
Do they come in any other metals?
We only sell them in silver, but if you wish we may be able to make them in 9ct or 18ct gold, And we would only be able to use the Swarovski Zirconia stones, but these would be expensive and a quote would be needed first and approximately 8-10 weeks delivery, and these would be non-returnable.
